You start by answering some questions, we will get in contact with you via text, email, or Zoom, and we book you a vacation!  It is that easy.

Whenever you want! You can choose to know once you book, wait until a week before travel for our envelope with the destination to come in the mail, or even on your way to the airport the day of travel! We recommend the element of surprise, but also understand people getting antsy.

Unlike a travel agency, IDC Where gets to know you and your preferences before you travel. There is a level of understanding and personality to IDC Where. You will always be talking to a real person in real time. We are not a corporation, we are a family that wants everyone to be able to travel the world.

Yes, in the questionnaire before you book we will ask you if there's any locations you do not want to go to. We would never send you somewhere you are not comfortable with, or would be unsafe for you.

Pricing varies based on your trip length, destination environment, time of year you are traveling, and accommodations. Most 3-5 day surprise trips range between $800- $2000 per traveller, including flights and lodging. You will be asked about your budget in the questionnaire and we will do our best to accommodate.

We only charge a 30% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.

Yes! We plan solo adventures, romantic getaways, and group trips. If your group is 5 or more, just select that option and we will reach out.

We understand that life happens. You can cancel up to 30 days before your trip for a partial refund. Deposit is non-refundable. See our full cancellation policy in your booking email.
